eProcess Development (ePD) works with a team of software engineers, graphic artists, web developers and database specialists to provide business efficiency solutions to its clients. ePD's core competency is data management which typically entails creating database solutions for both offline and online applications.

Kurt Rodenhizer, MS, MBA, the ePD owner and founder, is a former Business Development Program Manager for Dräger Medical Systems and Senior Product Manager for Siemens Medical Solutions. He is also an Adjunct Professor for the Computer Science Department at Endicott College in Beverly, MA.

While working in corporate marketing, Kurt launched several products, participated in a number of market research studies and developed numerous marketing plans. He used his strength with Access databases to generate several cost and time savings policies and procedures. The ePD web site details the products he developed and the benefits they bring to the companies who utilize ePD services. Kurt used his background in education (Masters of Education and former teacher) to implement numerous effective training programs.

Peter Vachon, works as the lead Graphic/Web developer and designer for eProcess Development. Graduating in 2007 from Montserrat College of Art located in Beverly, MA, he received his BFA in Graphic Design. While attending school, Peter worked directly with many companies creating websites and other online marketing tools as well as business collateral. Since graduation Peter has been working with ePD creating eLearning modules, Simulation files and other marketing strategies.  He is proficient in all the Adobe Suites as well as Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash.
